Entry Fee: $40/ Truck

To enter a vehicle you must arrive during the scheduled scale opening times listed on the the schedule page. Please fill out the pre-registration form online prior to arrival (Click the link on the MLM home page). .Check in and pay fees at the registration table upon arrival. Pit passes and scale paperwork will be given at that time.

Please refer to FAQ page for additional questions.  Your truck class will be determined at the scales by the tech officials.

Entry Fee includes Driver  Entry plus one additional Pit Pass.

Pit passes may be purchased for $20/passes. All guests visiting the pit area must purchase a pit pass and sign the insurance waiver.  Please see the Pit gate table to purchase pit passes for all guests.  Please plan to have all guests join you at the registration table to sign the waiver and receive pit passes. 

Pit gate will close one hour before the event begins.  If guest are not able to make it in time, they will  need to purchase tickets from the main gate and will not be admitted into the pit area.  Please be sure that your guests wanting Pit Passes arrive in time.

No alcohol is allowed in the Pit Area.

Passes may also be purchased for all children affiliated with drivers participating in the event.  A minor release form must be filled out prior to entry.  Please see attached link to download and print.  If possible, please bring completed form with signature from both parents to the registration table.  Your prepration is greatly appreciated.  Copies are always available to be filled out on the day of the event.

The tech officials will help determine the proper class for the vehicle.
